"Very good"
Although the room/suite was old-fashioned (not in the cute Victoriana way the rest of the town is), it was very clean and functional. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept in on my trip up the west coast, and the shower was good. Having experienced some awful grab and go breakfasts, we were really pleasantly surprised by the croissant, yoghurt, cheese, jam and fruit in this breakfast box. The place is managed by the Victorian Hotel, which is in the next block. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, helpful and efficient - they really made our stay.

Cute city with interesting things to see. Houses & shops are well kept. Coffee shop available in the morning. Pub had good selection of beers.

Location one block from main street through town with easy walking distance to cafes, bars and shops. Free parking right in front of the unit. Convenient "take away" breakfast and coffee available at the main property Victorian Inn. Very nicely renovated suite with plenty of room to spread out.

Our accommodations were in a small apartment - much more than a room or a suite. That was a nice surprise. There was a full sized fridge and oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The bedroom was a fully separate room from the living/kitchen. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast, but it was very good. Delicious croissant, large yogurt and paleo bar (that was much better than I expected!), coffee/tea.

The location to food and downtown was a block away. The breakfast was nice. You got a yogurt, paleo bar, laughing cow cheese, crisount, jam, butter and coffee. In a to go recycle container.

I liked the location of the hotel in proximity to what we wanted to do while in town. Kitchen was nice though we didn't cook while there. The fridge came in handy! While you can still hear your neighbors below you and next door, the second floor is the way to go.

Grab and Go breakfast was superior to other places we have stayed. Would love to try their full breakfast. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, plenty of towels.

Breakfast was spot on . Choices were many and the servers very professional, especially a young girl named Katie. Checked on us maybe 4-5 times. I was in the business for several years and hated when I had learned our servers maybe checked on customers once to present the check. I love my coffee and Katie was always there to fill it before I started looking for her. The eggs were perfect, the bacon crispy home fries correctly done. We purposely tried the eggs prepared differently each morning to test the chef and the chef prevailed, perfectly done each way. Oh and the sausage was excellent! Restaurants only survive when everyone has the same goal, to do their individual job, perfectly. If all work together than you not only survive, you thrive. Word of mouth travels quickly. That is why Jenny and Lowell have a winner in the Victorian Inn. We will tell our friends and we shall be back. Sam and Kristy Paggi from Benicia, California
